Sunway-RNSIL MC Private Limited is an SPV incorporated in 13th November 2020 in a Concession Agreement with the NHAI, for “Two laning with Paved Shoulder of Meensurutti (Km.98.433) to Chidambaram (Km.129.965) Section of NH-227 on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I (Residual Projects under NHDP) in the State of Tamil Nadu” (the project) on a design, build, operate and transfer (the hybrid annuity) basis.
The Concessionaire Agreement was signed between The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the Authority and M/s. Sunway construction Sdn Bhd – RNS Infrastructure Ltd (JV), the Concessionaire, on 11th December 2020 for an amount of Rs. 553.83/- Crores to construct, operate and maintain the Project during the Construction Period of 730 days from the appointed date of 9th August 2021 and Operation Period of 15 years commencing from COD.
